Revues Manual
Production Timeline

The Revues Season is an all singing, all dancing, academic comedy adventure, written and performed by students and proudly presented by The University of Sydney Union. Revues enrich lives on both sides of the curtain, promising fun and experience for students that produce and perform, and entertainment for audiences in the university community and theatre-viewing public.

The Revues Season takes place in Semester two as part of Verge, a student-run arts festival supported by the USU, and runs over five weeks at five venues across the University’s Camperdown Campus.

Past revuers have gone on to perform, write and produce shows in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the New York Fringe Festival, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the Adelaide and Melbourne Fringe Festivals such as The Chaser, The Aunty Jack Show, The Ronny Johns Half Hour, The Axis of Awesome, The Delusionists, and the Cloud Girls on triple j.

2009 heralds the return of the Women's Revue to the Season, plus a brand new Pharmacy Revue – complemented by the Architecture, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Law, Med and Science faculties.
