The Clubs and Societies Committee reviews applications from Clubs and Societies registered with the USU for financial assistance for their various activities, and makes recommendations to the Board regarding the funding and registration of Clubs. The Committee also makes recommendations to the Board regarding the involvement of Clubs and Societies in Orientation Week, Re-Orientation Day and Clubs & Societies conferences, and reviews the Clubs and Societies Regulations.

The meetings of the Clubs and Societies Committee are conducted in camera and their minutes can not be released.
