"I would like to see the Pope wearing my T-shirt".- Madonna.
Would you like to see the Pope wearing your t-shirt, or, potentially the Vice-Chancellor?
You’ll be one step closer to your dream by entering your ultimate t-shirt artwork in the 2009 USU T-Shirt Design Competition! The sky is the limit – the USU wants YOU to create the most sublime, out there, challenging, quirky, innovative, or down right cool t-shirt design.
The winning design will receive a $1000 prize and will be sold in USU outlets all over campus in 2009.
The 2009 competition featured an online voting system, where anyone could vote for their favourite design. Each voter (who also held an Access Card), went into the draw for a $300 voucher from fashion store, Provocator.

2009 Competition Winner

Congratulations to the winner of the USU’s T-Shirt Competition – Stephen James Clement, with his poignant design ‘Cin’s Goodbye’, voted best design!
The design features the very cute character of Cin and the loss of his balloon. The character of Cin has been a feature of the designer’s work for a while and Stephen describes this image as a reflection of reality, conveying the emotional effect of loss. All very deep…and most of all a very cool design!
For his efforts, Stephen wins $1000 sponsored by Tee's Biz, and his design will be printed on t-shirts, available for purchase from the ACCESS Centre in Manning House and the University of Sydney store in the Jane Foss Russel Building in Semester 2.
See more of Cin on campus.
And congratulations to Punit Parekh, the lucky Access Card holder who has won the voting draw of the USU T-shirt design competition.
The prize is a $300 voucher to spend on the fantastic range of jeans and other clothing available from Provocator in Newtown, 114 King St. Check out Provocator online.
